We are OOA Creative, a bold and growing multidisciplinary creative agency based in London, specialising in brand identity systems, visual production, and digital experiences. We work with visionaries in industries like luxury real estate, automotive, and high-end fragrance brands to build magnetic brands and experiences that spark emotion and influence culture. We are looking for a Personal Assistant Intern to support our Founder in managing a fast-paced schedule, coordinating daily operations, and streamlining workflows. You will be at the centre of the agency’s brain, exposed to high-level strategic thinking, creative production, and real decision-making. If you are organised, intuitive, and hungry to learn how a creative agency is run from the inside out, this is your role.

What you will be doing

  • Managing and updating calendars, meetings, and deadlines
  • Preparing briefs, notes, and agendas for creative and strategy meetings
  • Coordinating internal and external communications (email, DMs, outreach)
  • Helping with research across Tech, Real Estate, branding, UX/UI, culture, trends, and competitors
  • Drafting and formatting documents, decks, and project timelines
  • Organising digital files, systems, and project documentation
  • Supporting travel planning, event logistics, and occasional personal admin
  • Assisting with onboarding freelancers, clients, and creative collaborators
  • Acting as a sounding board and thought partner in ideation and planning

Who You Are

This is a role for someone who thrives on structure but loves working in creative chaos. You are sharp, proactive, and deeply curious about the creative industries and entrepreneurship.

Must Haves:

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (professional tone and clarity)
  • Confident using tools like Notion, Google Suite, Trello, Slack
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adjusting as things shift
  • Discreet, reliable, and professional

Nice To Haves:

  • Interest in design, branding, styling, or creative direction
  • Experience assisting with admin or project management in any setting
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite
  • A strong sense of aesthetics and presentation
  • Experience in events, PR, or editorial is a plus
