As a Creative Intern at OOA, your role is to shape feelings. You’ll explore how ideas, aesthetics, references, and mood come together to ignite cultural impact.

We’re looking for a conceptually-driven, style-savvy creative thinker to assist with ideation, styling, storytelling, and campaign development across fashion, lifestyle, real estate, and emerging tech brands.

You’ll help craft the visual and narrative DNA behind brands and shoots, developing treatments, styling proposals, visual direction boards, and assisting on-set when needed.

What You Will Do

• Support the development of styling and creative direction moodboards
• Assist with concept ideation and storytelling treatments for shoots and campaigns
• Help with talent sourcing, prop/styling pulls, and creative research
• Write and/or compile visual copy (e.g. tone of voice, references, brand feel)
• Organise styling decks, brand concept books, and creative proposals
• Assist on photo/video shoots as needed (location, prep, coordination)
• Stay ahead of trends in fashion, culture, architecture, and visual identity
• Occasionally support content creation or editorial planning

You Are

• Visually intelligent and reference-aware
• Passionate about fashion, styling, design, and the aesthetic world
• Comfortable using Pinterest, Milanote, Notion, and/or Adobe tools
• Able to think narratively: what’s the story, the mood, the world we’re building?
• Highly organised and detail-attentive
• Not afraid to pitch ideas, offer references, and take ownership
• Bonus: interest in branding, photography, set design, or wardrobe direction
